Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the AI learning platform (the “Platform”) operated by Alchemy Data SRL. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Us
The Platform is operated by Alchemy Data SRL, VAT ID RO44359600, registered at Str. Judetului Nr. 1, Bl. 1, Ap. 806, Sector 2, Bucharest, Romania.
2. The Platform and Services
We operate an AI-powered learning platform focused on AI literacy education. The Platform uses large language models via AWS Bedrock to generate educational content and to personalise it to your role; it can also adapt the order of a course to your answers using fixed rules.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
4. User Accounts
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and notify us of unauthorised access at legal@alchemygroup.net.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: violate applicable law, bypass security features, use automated means without consent, introduce malicious material, reverse-engineer AI models, or use the Platform for harmful purposes.
6. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated content may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. We do not guarantee accuracy. AI-generated lesson content is labelled in the lesson. Your data is not used to train AI models.
7. Intellectual Property
All Platform content is owned by or licensed to Alchemy Data SRL. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence for personal educational use. You retain ownership of content you submit.
8. Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates with AWS for infrastructure and AI model inference, subject to their respective terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of: fees paid in the preceding 12 months, or €200.
11. Changes
We may modify these Terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
12. Termination
You may ask us to close your account at any time by writing to privacy@alchemygroup.net; we then erase your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your organisation's administrator can also remove you from the organisation. We may suspend access for material breaches.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Romanian and EU law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Romania.
